At Sami Jewels, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded packaging to ensure protection during transit, including all certificates and tags.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
